Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the workload of this semester, I’ve been hoping I still have time for my daily nap. Then I started realizing I should be thinking of a lot more than just my daily nap. This thinking led way to more thinking and soon I remembered just how great life has been lately. So I’ve decided to play the Thankful Game. I stole this idea from my friend Dana who is currently volunteering in Thailand. You should check out her blog, it always leaves me smiling and full of hope.So here it goes….
I’m thankful for purring kittens who always cuddle with me when I am home.
And I’m thankful that I get to spend an entire semester studying Roman Art and Architecture.
I’m thankful that my 92 year old Grandpa is still with me.
And I’m thankful that he gave me the travel bug.
I’m thankful for dog kisses from Lucky and Annie.
And I’m thankful for Gorgonzola cheese that tastes good on everything.
I’m thankful for costco sized bottles of A1.
I’m thankful for cheese plates.
And I’m thankful for cookbooks and cooking shows.
I’m thankful that 3 years ago I studied in Lugano, Switzerland and met some of the most amazing people that I have ever met.
And I’m thankful that I get to spend this summer in South Africa and Greece.
I’m thankful that my great friend Brittany will be touring Greece with me.
